Here’s our cancellation policy:

MORE THAN 60 DAYS BEFORE RETREAT (Before December 8, 2025):
● 50% refund of deposit ($250 returned)
● $250 administrative fee retained to cover processing costs

30-60 DAYS BEFORE RETREAT (December 8, 2025 – January 7, 2026)
● Deposit is fully forfeited (no refund)
● If you paid your balance early, it is also non-refundable

LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE RETREAT (After January 7, 2026):
● No refunds on deposit or balance
● All payments are non-refundable

NO-SHOWS:
● No refunds for missed retreat days or no-shows

TRANSFERS:
● You may transfer your spot to another person up to 14 days before the retreat with written notice to [email protected]

BALANCE PAYMENT:
●The balance is due January 23, 2026 (2 weeks before retreat)
● If you cancel after paying the balance, the same policy applies to the total amount paid

HOW TO CANCEL:
● All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected]
● Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 10 business days
● Cancellation is effective on the date we receive your written notice
